Don’t be Stingy with your Modeling!

When modeling activities after instructions, model first with a higher student, and then have a couple of students model with each other. This double modeling is especially helpful with more complicated activities. The clearer your modeling is before beginning the activity, the faster the students will begin! This leaves more time for effective language practice.
